Shipping policy

Each Nominal item is made to order with a 2 week lead-time – this excludes delivery.

Economy shipping (£10.00) then takes 21 – 28 (working) days and

Express shipping (£20.00) 7 – 10 (working) days.

These are standard delivery times but if you require your order more quickly, do contact our customer service at info@mercator.london and we can assess what options might be possible.

When we have dispatched your order, an email will be sent to you confirming that your purchase is on its way.

If you have a registered account with us, you can also follow the order progress by signing into your account and selecting My Account.  From My Account go to the Order Status to track your purchase.
